This page describes how Versa Music handles artist data. Final disclosures are being confirmed alongside the launch data workflow and will be updated here.
What we collect
The artist profile links you provide at intake, the performance data available from those platforms, and your contact and billing details.
Why we process it
Solely to produce and deliver your Versa Artist Scorecard, to support you afterwards, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (payments, email, hosting and analysis tooling).
Retention
We keep your report and intake data for as long as your account is active, then delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for future processing. Contact us and we will respond.
